Bombs Are Forever
From beginning to forever, bombs kill people, land, air, water, and all beings.
Much like plastic, bombs never really go away, whether they are exploded or not. So too, the bombing that the United States has done upon Iran will have impacts for decades, if not centuries, impacting the people, land, and all beings.
Let us explore some of the ways that bombs are forever.
We have been witnessing the generational devastation and damage by U.S. bombs as used by the settler colonizer Israel in Palestine.
Bombs are deadly, whether they explode. We know when they explode, the damage is immediate and widespread. When they don't explode, they are literal ticking time bombs.
Tens of thousands of unexploded U.S. explosives are found every single year in Vietnam. The poison and agents from those bombs have impacted the people, being, and land for generations. It is in the water, soil, air. It is everywhere.
The U.S. government has dumped thousands and thousands of tons of bombs, toxins, and waste into the oceans around Hawai’i.
In its excuse to keep the Korea's divided forever, to establish a puppet government in southern Korea, and to manufacture the nemesis of northern Korea to boost militarism in the region, the U.S. dropped 635,000+ tons of bombs in Korea, killing millions of Koreans.
This affects and continues to impact every area in the region from Guam, to Okinawa, to the Marshall Islands.
In addition to killing hundreds of thousands of people in Cambodia through bombs in the 1960s and 1970s, the U.S. is also still continuing to kill people through unexploded bombs, toxins, and pollution.
The U.S. dropped 2 million tons of bombs on Laos, and with the dismantling of USAID, is now obstructing the removal and dismantling of those unexploded U.S. bombs.
U.S. destruction is all over the world.
This is in addition to the ravaging and destruction that the United States Empire does to obtain the materials for said bombs. The minerals that make or break trade deals. The minerals for which the U.S. is exploiting countries like Congo and Sudan.
The entire process of the bomb from sourcing the minerals to explosions and non-explosions, the toxins released into the air, land, and people, that is forever.
Bombs are forever.
The people, land, water, air, all beings in Iran are impacted by the U.S. bombings. Before those bombs even hit Iran, people have been impacted by those bombs, including people within the Imperial Core.
Dismantling the United States Empire means demilitarizing it everywhere. We have to fight to end U.S. militarism in the Imperial Core and around the world.
Bombs, which are specifically created to end life, do not ever have an end themselves.
So in order to continue life for all beings, we have to end the machine, Empire, in every way possible, every way imaginable.
This fight is a literal fight for our lives.
