I'm Digitally Moving, and You're Coming With!

And you don't even have to do anything.

[YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY ACTION right now if you want to continue receiving my newsletters, creations, tools, writings, and videos.]

As I have always said, I came onto Substack as a platform on the way to another one.

All my content on Substack is moving to my own new site launching this week, and my future content will now be shared via the new site moving forward, and will no longer be shared via Substack.

Don’t worry, your Substack subscriptions (paid and free) will be ushered spectacularly to the new site without you having to do anything. If you are a paid monthly subscriber of mine on Substack here, then your monthly subscription will be transferred for you over to the new site, without interruption. If you’ve paid for a year subscription to my account here on Substack, then that will be transferred for you to the new site, and pick right up at the same point in the timeline, without you having to do anything.

You might be a subscriber to other writers and accounts on Substack. My move will not impact your paid or free subscriptions with them or your own account with Substack. Those are entirely separate. You’ll still get their newsletters and posts as usual, and your free and paid subscriptions with them will all remain intact.

You will also still get my future posts in your email inbox, just from my new site instead of from Substack. Think of it like this. If a friend emails you from their computer instead of their phone, you might not really notice a difference in how the email arrives to you. Similarly, you are still in my contact list, I’m just emailing you from my different site.

To reiterate, you do not have to do anything if you want to continue receiving my newsletters and posts. Yep, you don’t even have to tell Substack to transfer your payment, subscription to my account, or anything, because I’m doing all of that for us.

If you do not want to go on this move with me for any reason, then simply unsubscribe to the next email I send you from the new platform, and your email will be removed so you will not receive any newsletters or content from me moving forward over there.

This move to the new platform will allow me to share a more robust experience with you all, with more functionality, flexibility, and tools. We will all have better data privacy and digital security of our information, too.

So to be clear, what do you need to do right now? Nothing. That way, you’ll continue to get my newsletters as you always have, at the same email address you’ve been receiving them.

The next newsletter you receive from me will be from the new site, letting you know that the move went well. I am doing everything on the backend to make this as smooth as possible for everyone, so you don’t have to do anything for now if you want to continue on this journey together with me.

One additional change that I’m excited about is the new site will bring together my articles, videos, and other tools all in one place! Instead of videos on one platform, articles on another, and tools elsewhere, which is what is happening now, they’ll all be housed on that site. So you’ll be able to receive my videos, tools, and articles without trying to find my work all over the place.

I’m excited about this move as it will bring us into stronger community and preparedness for the world we are building.

So again, just sit tight. Nothing to do for now but await another email from me from my new platform letting you know we all made it over. Once that happens at some point this week, I have some big things to share over there!
